Cuddly Kiddos Development and Tutorial Center, Inc. was started at 49 Champaca St., Marikina Heights, Marikina City in 2013. It was under the National Federation of Women's Clubs of the Philippines.

In August 2016, the Department of Education (DepEd) began its supervision to ensure its quality.

During that time, few private schools were offering preschool in the nearby areas. Most of them were big schools that offered quite expensive fees. Parents had a hard time looking for affordable learning centers.

That drives the owner to provide an affordable yet quality education for young learners.

Due to the pandemic crisis, it has to get along with the new normal. Thus, it is now offering an online course for young learners aged three to five. It is actively conducting tutorials online at different levels.
